Kooth is an anonymous, safe, confidential and non-stigmatised way for all young people aged 11-25 to receive counselling, advice and support online. It is fully commissioned by Tri-Borough CCG and therefore free for young people to utilise. Kooth proves a particularly popular tool and with no referral needed. Young people can receive online support by fully qualified counsellors on weekdays 12pm to 10pm and 6pm to 10pm on weekends, 365 days per year.
Kooth is not a stand-alone service. We work alongside other mental health and local services such as CAMHS and other youth services to provide a fully integrated and effective service to best support young people.
